This programme provides students with a strong foundation in information systems applications development and related management and organisational issues. The knowledge is essential not only in using information systems effectively, but also in planning, developing, operation and controlling information systems. The purpose is to produce graduates who are knowledgeable in the components of information technology and are capable of planning, designing and managing the information technology resources necessary for any projects, teams or organisations. Some of the subjects covered in this programme are Management Information Systems, IT Project Management Methods and Tools, Marketing & E- Commerce, Economics, Introduction to Knowledge Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, and Technology Transfer.

Potential Career Prospects: MIS Manager/Executive, IT Resource Manager/Executive, and Management Consultant.
